The Bee More Perspective

Bee More Design has been shaped by years of working with businesses whose brands and websites no longer reflected where they were heading.

By bringing together expertise in visual identity, voice, structure and accessibility, we created a studio focused on thoughtful design that works in the real world.

Our approach is intentional, considered and built to support businesses as they grow.

Kate & Nikki

We work as a close partnership, bringing different strengths to every project, ensuring they feel cohesive, purposeful and manageable.

Kate is a brand and visual designer with a deep understanding of strategy, colour, form, and how visual identity communicates meaning and emotion.

Her work is shaped by qualifications in psychology, special educational needs, and design, alongside national and international design award recognition.

As the creator of the Precisely Visible™ programme, which sits at the intersection of design, psychology, and accessibility, she also teaches designers, communicators and organisations how to ensure their brands are clearly understood by the people they are meant to reach.

Kate understands how people process information, interpret visuals, and experience brands, particularly where accessibility, cognitive load, and clarity matter most.

She is passionate about helping businesses refine what they already have, using thoughtful audits, content analysis, and strategic adjustments to improve clarity, reach, confidence, and results.

Nikki specialises in website design, structure and strategy, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility and clear communication.

As a Wix Studio Partner, she brings technical and strategic understanding to every project, looking beyond how a website looks to how it functions, guides and supports both users and business owners.

Nikki has a particular talent for identifying what isn’t working beneath the surface - from structure and flow to messaging and navigation, and refining it into something clear, purposeful and easy to manage day to day.

Her work helps businesses turn websites that feel confusing or underwhelming into calm, effective platforms that communicate the right message and support meaningful growth.

At the heart of Bee More Design is a genuine care for the businesses we work with and the people behind them.

We care about how we work, not just what we create, and wherever possible, we work sustainably and support bee and UK wildlife charities, including Buglife and The Wildlife Trusts, as part of our commitment to positive, purpose-led impact.

How this shows in our work

Working with us feels collaborative, calm and considered.

You’ll be involved throughout the process, supported at each stage, and equipped with understanding that lasts beyond the project itself.

Our focus is on creating work that continues to support your business, not quick fixes or surface-level design, but thoughtful design that works hard for your next stage.

Working with trusted partners

While Bee More Design is led by Kate and Nikki, we also collaborate with a small network of trusted specialists when a project needs it.

This includes an experienced copywriter, SEO expert, a virtual assistant to keep us in check and technical developer, all who share our values and approach.

We only bring in additional support when it genuinely adds value, and we manage everything as a cohesive team so the process remains clear and straightforward for you.

You won’t be passed around or left to coordinate different suppliers. We remain your main point of contact throughout, ensuring the work feels joined-up.
