Scoliosis Log Book
Designed with young people and their parents or carers in mind who have been diagnosed with Scoliosis.
The log book was created to provide an outline about the condition, an overview of the spine anatomy, sections to put appointments in, notes, physio, and progress.
Some waiting room games and doodle areas are in here too. There are a number of cover designs that represent a spine in different ways. The book was created for Scoliosis Association UK charitable donations.
I think this is brilliant. I always recommend people keep these type of notes but this makes it much easier!
